Saurav ojha (Whole Time Director)
Saurav Ojha brings close to two decades of experience in the Skin-Med industry, combining business acumen with an innate drive for innovation. As a Co-founder and Director at Iberia Pharmaceuticals, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational success.
His sharp focus on excellence and growth has consistently added value to forward-thinking skincare brands across markets. Saurav draws inspiration from diverse global influences—from Spain to Poland—which reflects in his open-minded leadership and culturally rooted business philosophy. Known for his ability to align teams with purpose and vision, he has helped foster a work culture grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and forward momentum. Rishabh Jain (Whole Time Director)
With over 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and distribution, Mr. Rishabh Jain has built a strong foundation in retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical operations. His career started from the ground up, gaining invaluable insights into the industry before expanding into market-building and frontline team management.
As Director at Iberia Pharmaceuticals, Rishabh focuses on driving market growth and empowering teams to succeed. His expertise in sales strategy, workforce management, and marketing has been essential in growing the brand’s presence both across India and internationally. Rishabh’s goal-driven approach, combined with his deep industry knowledge, has been key in translating the company’s vision into tangible results.
Atul Bhola (Independent director)
With over 18 years of rich, cross-industry experience, Atul Bhola brings deep financial and strategic insight to Iberia Pharmaceuticals. Having held key leadership positions across Banking, Financial Services, and Private Equity.
He specializes in business strategy, fund management, statutory compliance, and financial planning. His hands-on expertise spans from managing complex public fundraises and RBI compliance to streamlining financial reporting systems, ERP implementation, and investment evaluation.
Known for driving capital optimization and new business ventures, Atul has played a pivotal role in shaping capital structures, executing cost-reduction initiatives, and leading finance transformation projects. Whether it is finalizing accounts under IGAAP/IFRS/IND AS or developing growth-focused strategies, his decisions are grounded in clarity and control.
Atul is also a seasoned leader, with a reputation for building strong financial teams and maintaining investor confidence. His ability to align numbers with strategy continues to support Iberia’s vision for sustainable and scalable growth.
Harmeet Kaur (Independent director)
Harmeet Kaur brings over two decades of experience spanning corporate law, insolvency practice, and workplace compliance. A qualified Company Secretary, Lawyer, and Insolvency Professional, she has worked extensively in the sugar and green energy sectors, both in India and globally.
Since 2017, she has been deeply involved in insolvency and bankruptcy assignments, advising resolution professionals, creditors, and other stakeholders under the IBC framework.
Beyond her legal expertise, Ms. Kaur is a certified POSH trainer and a strong advocate for safe, inclusive workplaces. She currently serves on several Internal Committees (ICs) and has conducted training for over 50,000 individuals across industries. Her work not only supports compliance but also fosters workplace cultures based on respect and prevention.
As an empanelled Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, she brings a strong voice for governance, equity, and responsible leadership to Iberia Pharmaceuticals’ boardroom.
Aditya Rungta (Independent director)
CS Aditya Rungta is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS, ICSI), bringing over 14 years of rich industry experience. His journey has taken him across listed companies like Koutons Retail and Phoenix Lamps.
And he currently serves as a full-time Consultant at TDI Group, managing compliance across 260 group companies. Aditya has also held directorial roles in several firms, and is actively engaged with capital markets—a space he has been involved in since the age of 17.
Beyond corporate life, he is deeply committed to social work. He founded the Saroj Rungta Foundation and is a trustee of the Shree Chavo Veero Girls Education Trust in Rajasthan. He also serves as General Secretary for both the Marwari Yuva Manch (South Delhi) and Lions Club International (New Delhi Alaknanda). A firm believer in education and empowerment, Aditya balances his professional responsibilities with a passion for community service, travel, and chess.
